At Matline Branding Co., we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping services to ensure your custom mats arrive safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy for details on processing times, delivery options, and other important information.

1. Order Processing & Production Time

  • All orders are submitted to printing immediately after the mockup has been approved.
  • The mockup and printing process typically takes 1 week.
  • Once printing is completed, shipping typically takes 3 weeks to arrive at its destination.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience high order volumes, customers will be notified of any potential delays via email.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We offer standard shipping included in every product on our store.
  • Estimated shipping times:
    • Express Shipping: 3 weeks from printing completion
  • Delivery times are fixed and do not change due to location or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping is included in every product on our store—there are no additional shipping fees at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Matline Branding Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve any shipping issues and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. Address & Shipping Errors

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at admin@matlineau.com to attempt an update before shipment.

7. International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! Shipping times do not vary based on location—shipping will take 3 weeks from printing completion.
  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price.

  • Matline Branding Co. reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
